A 5 star dental experience
I have been a patient of Dr.Tieken for many years. Over time I have observed the forward growth of his office. One thing that really impresses me is how he continually encourages his staff, as well as himself, to be educated on the latest techniques in quality dental care. He continues to upgrade his equipment to the latest, most innovative, that is available. He has created an environment that makes a patient feel comfortable. Most people don't associate that with a Dentist's office. He has never allowed himself to be stagnate about the operations of his office. Every time I come I observe a new change where another service has been added. Right down to the self-help coffee, water and juice in the waiting room. The toiletries available in the restroom and the care packs that are sent home with every patient. On my last visit I noticed one more new thing. When you go into each examination room you will notice a mission statement by each chair. His intent is to see that every patient leaves with care suited to their needs and that each patient will have a care treatment plan that will not attend to present needs but also prevent future problems. I would have to say that a dental appointment with Dr. Tieken is a very comprehensive experience beyond what the average person would even have knowledge of. Lastly, I would like to say that Dr. Tieken has an excellent bedside manner. He always tells you what he is doing, why he's doing, how it's going to feel and what you can expect. He has never caused me pain and I have had many extensive procedures done over the years. Kudos to Dr. Tieken and his wonderful staff. Wishing you many years of continued success. You not only deserve it, but you have also earned it.

A Dentist I Like to See!
Dr. Tieken and everyone in his office makes me feel like a very special and valued patient. I actually enjoy going to see him because of his kindness, concern and gentle care with me. The staff is also genuinely friendly as well as extremely professional. The best dentist I have ever known!

Going to the Dentist Isn't Scary Anymore!!!
I have found my dentist for life! Dr. Tieken's numbing technique has made my fears of going to the dentist disappear! His work is amazing and he is so professional and will do anything to make you as comfortable as possible! I just love the people there...they all make you feel VIP! Dr. Tieken couldn't have picked a better group of people to represent him and his office...they are always 100% on top of it and cater to your individual needs (or fears). I give Dr. Tieken's 5 Stars and 2 thumbs up!!!!

My family recently moved to League City and was referenced to Dr. Tieken by an orthodontist in town. All I have to say is we are so thankful for this reference and for the fine staff at Dr. Tieken's office. Overwhelmed!!!
This is the only dentist office, that I am aware of, where the whole staff takes a week of training each year to determine what is new and good for its patients and returns with overwhelming technological results to keep its patients healthy. I appreciate their professionalism and care as a patient and as one who lives is the community. They are true leaders.

I had a wonderful overall experience at Dr. Tieken's office. He has a cheerful, accommodating staff, from the receptionists to hygienists to assistants, that all make visiting the dentist a pleasant, even enjoyable, experience. I had been considering this procedure for a number of years but thought it would interfere with my career and life in general while I went through the stages. However, it was totally painless and unobtrusive. Dr. Tieken came highly recommended by several dentists in the community. I knew at my initial consultation that he was the dentist for me. He has a gentle, caring "chair-side" manner. The end result most definitely exceeded my expectations. I have had so many compliments on my beautiful smile.

All my back teeth were gold crowns. Having no prominent front teeth caused me to (literally) not smile throughout my adult life—until I met my wife Sandi. Sandi had one of those striking smiles, with what I saw as huge teeth. She was working with a program to have Dr. Tieken do overlays to correct a problem that braces didn't correct and to reconstruct molars that had old silver fillings.
Sandi said, "If I could afford toys like a Harley and jewelry, then I could afford something even more satisfying for myself: a new smile." I decided to see Dr. Tieken for consultation.
After seeing the ability to design myself a new smile, I decided to do the whole mouth, upper and lower, kind of like decking out a motorcycle or restoring an old car or boat. I want anyone who thinks that at 55 you cannot be surprised with life changes to hear this, because you can, even a pessimist such as I was.
I now have a smile and a positive attitude; I guess this is from all the endorphins that are being released with every smile I make. This has been the single most important change, next to meeting my wife, in my life in the past 55 years.
I wish to thank Dr. Tieken and his staff for providing an impressive dental facility, unlike any other I have ever visited. The general staff presence emphasizes a positive attitude toward a patient's dental makeover and not a negative dental atmosphere found in yesterday's dental offices associated with pain and stress.
I had my complete mouth recreated and never felt pain one single time. It is amazing the advancements in dental procedures from 10 to 20 years ago.

The overall experience in Dr. Tieken's office was great. The staff is very welcoming. You feel they are interested in your well-being. They are excited for you to have the smile you have dreamed about.
Dental treatment dramatically changed my attitude about my smile. I no longer feel self-conscious every time I talk to someone, wondering if they notice my yellow teeth or old, thick bonding that I had done previously. My teeth look so natural now!

In the overall somber world of dentistry, Dr. Tieken's office stands out as an unparalleled positive environment. The staff went far beyond the ordinary to accommodate my needs and never failed to make me feel comfortable and at home in their office.
Before my procedure, I refused to open my mouth when smiling, even to the point where I nearly forgot how to. Today, with my new smile, I feel a confidence that keeps my mouth smiling openly at every opportunity. I think fixing my smile ended a lot of my teenage insecurity.
