Payment & Office Policies

We work with multiple lenders and offer a number of patient financing options. Before you apply, we encourage you to speak to one of our Patient Care Coordinators.

When you are ready to apply click the Apply Now button below or select a lender below. You will then select your doctor and complete the application. You will also have the opportunity to apply with the other lenders.

We offer No Interest (same as cash) payment plans for up to 24 months. We also offer extended payment plans for 24, 36, 48 or 60 months with varying rates of interest depending upon your credit history. Here is more information regarding the lenders that we work with:

CareCredit

• With CareCredit financing, there are no up-front costs and no pre-payment penalties
• CareCredit covers operations anywhere from $1,000 to $25,000
• CareCredit provides No-Interest Payment Plans for 3, 6, 12, and 18 months, as well as Extended Payment Plans with interest rates starting at 9.90%

Chase Health Advance

Patients can apply for surgical financing up to $12,000. Their plans range anywhere from 24 months "same as cash" up to as long as 48 months with interest. Chase's fixed interest rates range from 13.99% to 27.99% depending on the credit history of the applicant.
